After a little stroll to the mall last week.. I noticed a lot of black & white, I just fell in love with this cute little polka dotted number at Forever 21. Yes this is one of my favorite places to shop on a budget.. I thought the black & white dress would be perfect for a bridal shower, or even a night on the town, that's exactly what started this board. Would you wear this little dress, and where??
