I was so excited when I recieved an email a few weeks ago from Valerie Metrejean owner of {Southern Fete in Lafayette, La.} and also the gal behind The Wedding Shoebox. I am delighted to be apart of a new wedding blog showcasing what the wedding pro's would do for their own wedding. What a great idea Valerie! The New Year, Brings New Changes!! Sometimes change can be a challenge, but most of the time change is needed. Inspired Events & Designs has a lot to look forward to this year and in the process a lot of work ahead, there is no time for lollygagging that's for sure! God has truly blessed me with some amazing ideas for 2010 and I look forward to sharing with all of you. Be Inspired blog will continue to be a home for fabulous finds, encouraging words,inspiration boards, real weddings/events and interior projects that I will be working on. I will also be sharing DIY projects from time to time. I hope to inspire you every step of the way!

For the last couple of weeks I have been working with my fabulous friend/web designer on finalizing my logo & new look for my website. I wanted something simple but more modern & posh! After seeing a couple of designs, I went back to the very first one. Why does that always happen! Thanks Jessica for the beautiful design, I am excited about my revamp and new makeover. We still have a few changes to make, but here's a sneak peek of the logo!!
