Prepping for She Inspires Experience Conroe

I can't believe the She Inspires Experience is on Saturday in Conroe, TX.  As I prep and get ready for all the wonderful things that God has in store for the weekend my heart is full of Joy and Peace.  The line up of speakers and panelists is amazing. I am so blessed by these ladies and can't wait for them to share their hearts on Saturday.

We will gather at the gorgeous Belle Rose Maison venue from 10:00AM to 2:00PM, doors will open at 9:00AM.   

We will have a donuts, a little shopping and a lot of love fun lined up for the day..

Monday Motivation: No Negative

It's so easy to let negative thoughts creep in, and cause you to be distracted, and discouraged. Train your thoughts to be on the good things, the positive things, the things that are lovely. 

You may ask the question, How can I do that when I am constantly surrounded with negative things? Especially with all the awful things going on in my life.  STOP! Right there!!! Recognize that there is nothing to awful for God to work out!  

HERE's five simple things to help you focus on the GOOD!

1. Stay grounded in the word of God 

2. Pray MORE

3. Speak Positive words over your life

4. Be surrounded around people that encourage you and lift you up

5. Laugh MORE

Be reminded that you are worthy of the positive.  Don't let negative thoughts come in, instead stay grounded in the word and all that God promises you.

Anniversary

Yesterday the hubby and I celebrated our 14 year anniversary. What a joy it is to love and be loved in a way that brings so much joy,  growth, forgiveness, adventure and friendship. 

We celebrated with a simple dinner at one of our favorite spots El Monumento and caught up on some much need laughs and talk. I feel so blessed each day I get to wake up next to this man, and we get to do life together..

I AM WORTHY

While growing up, I didn't necessarily know my worth; as a matter of fact, I thought I was dumb and not good enough in many areas of my life. Insecurities surfaced from all corners and the lack of confidence definitely overpowered it all. Then, one day, I opened my eyes and took a look around. I realized that I was worthy of it all, because my Lord and Savior tells me so in His Word.

“For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.” Eph. 2:10

Loving myself and dying to my fleshly being has brought me to a place of intention in my faith. It allows me to open myself up and truly live for Him. In addition, I have the opportunity to encourage other women to do the same. My purpose is to solely live for my Father---to not hold back---to walk in His complete grace and bring everyone around me along for the ride.
